New Terminal One | John F. Kennedy International Airport
The $9.5 billion New Terminal One at JFK, spans 2.4 million square feet and features 23 gates, 30-foot ceilings, a central spine of skylights, and 300,000 square feet of dining, retail, lounges, and recreational space. With LEED Silver certification, sustainable design strategies include energy-efficient daylighting, solar panels, and rainwater catchment. Role on project: BIM Manager & Computational Architect.
