The Terminal 3 West Modernization project, led by Turner Construction & Gensler, is transforming 590,000 square feet of terminal space to enhance passenger experiences. The project includes seismic retrofits, gate conversions, system upgrades, and new electrochromic glazing for improved light and views. Targeting LEED Gold and Net Zero Energy, the renovation aims to create unique moments of surprise and delight while minimizing passenger impacts.
